Delete your account

You can start deletion in the app or from this page. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a web request.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Choose Account.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review what deletion affects, re-authenticate if requested, and confirm.

Request deletion on the web

Send the request from the email address associated with the account. Include the account username and phone number only if one is attached to the account. State clearly that you want the entire Just As Predicted account deleted.

Start deletion request

Never include your password, one-time code, full payment-card details or an identity document unless our verified support process specifically explains why limited proof is legally necessary.

Verification

We verify that the requester controls the account before deletion. We may ask you to confirm from the registered email or phone, or sign in through a secure flow. This protects accounts from malicious deletion requests.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes or irreversibly de-identifies the account record, associated personal data and user-generated content, including content previously shared with other users, unless retention is legally required. Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, financial obligations, legal claims or applicable law. Backup copies may persist for a limited operational period before being overwritten and are not restored to active use.

Timing and status

We begin processing after successful verification and ordinarily complete active-system deletion within 30 days, or sooner where applicable law requires. If additional time or lawful retention is required, we will explain the status and the categories affected.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription in the store account that purchased it to stop future renewal. Account deletion does not itself create a refund.

Before you confirm

Account deletion is designed to be permanent. Save any information you need, resolve active Group ownership where possible, and review purchased Event credits before confirming.
