Monthly free trial
When a monthly free trial is offered, the store checkout shows its duration, eligibility rules and renewal terms before confirmation. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan is charged and renews automatically under the terms displayed by the store.
Annual membership
Annual-plan benefits and billing terms are shown in the app-store checkout before purchase. A free trial applies only when the checkout expressly includes one.
How to cancel
Cancel in the subscription settings of the Apple Account or Google Account used to purchase. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Just As Predicted account does not cancel store billing. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to the store’s rules.
How to request a refund
Apple purchases: Apple processes App Store refund requests. Sign in at Apple’s Report a Problem site, choose “Request a refund”, select the item and submit.
Google Play purchases: use Google Play’s refund flow. Eligibility can depend on the item, timing, region and payment method. If Google directs you to the developer, contact support with the order number, but never send full card details.
Event passes and used credits
Event passes are one-off purchases. A pack grants the stated number of Event uses. Consumed credits, completed Events or exported benefits may affect refund eligibility, subject always to the store’s process and mandatory consumer rights.
