1. Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and CLOUTAURA PRIVATE LIMITED, India, which operates Just As Predicted under the Cloutaura brand. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
3. What the service is
Just As Predicted is private social entertainment for making Calls with friends, capturing Moments and keeping Receipts. It is not a betting service, gambling product, prediction market, investment product, emergency service or source of professional advice. Do not stake money or anything of value through the service.
4. Accounts and Group responsibility
You are responsible for your account activity and the people you invite. Group roles may allow designated members to moderate content or manage membership. Private access does not make harmful or unlawful conduct acceptable.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve and support the service in accordance with your privacy settings and choices. You must have the rights and appropriate consent to upload media or make claims about another person. See the User-Generated Content Policy.
6. Prohibited use
Do not harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against or endanger anyone; publish non-consensual intimate content; sexualize minors; spread unlawful sensitive allegations; interfere with the service; scrape at scale; evade restrictions; or use another person’s account. 7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the app-store account used to purchase them. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The store checkout shows the applicable billing period, localized amount, taxes and mandatory store terms before purchase and remains authoritative.
8. Event passes
Event passes are one-off purchases. Each pack grants the number of Event uses disclosed at checkout, and a host purchase benefits participants in that Event.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop future renewals through Apple or Google subscription settings. Cancellation normally leaves paid access available until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is determined by the store that processed the purchase, these Terms and applicable consumer law. See our Subscription Terms, Payment & Tax Terms and Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
10. Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate, restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, protect people or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent action. Where appropriate, an appeal route will be available.
11. Intellectual property
The service, brand, software and original design are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights. You may share generated Receipts through built-in features, but may not copy the service, remove attribution or use our marks in a misleading way.
12. Availability and changes
Features may evolve, experience interruptions or differ by device, region and store. We may modify or discontinue a feature with reasonable notice where appropriate. We do not guarantee that a Call is true, that a Group will agree, or that user content will remain available forever.
13. AI-assisted features
Optional AI tools may suggest or summarize text only when requested. AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. Where the service labels content as AI-assisted or synthetically generated, do not remove or obscure that disclosure or use the output to impersonate, deceive or harm another person.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but otherwise on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, user conduct, or content you choose to share outside the service.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes are subject to courts with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.
16. Store and platform terms
Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the service or user content. Store billing, refunds and platform use are also governed by the applicable store terms. On Apple platforms, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom EULA is presented in the App Store listing.
17. Additional terms
If creator, sponsorship or official-promotion features are made available to you, the Creator Terms, Sponsorship Disclosure or applicable promotion-specific rules also apply. The Legal & Safety Centre contains every public policy.
