CHILD SAFETY

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

These standards apply to every account and every piece of content, even though Just As Predicted accounts are restricted to adults.

Effective: 21 August 2026Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Prohibited conduct and content

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of a child, sextortion, trafficking, predatory contact, solicitation, facilitation, and attempts to obtain or distribute exploitative material.

2. Report a concern

Use the in-app Report control or contact support@cloutaura.com. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. Instead, provide the account, Group, Event, or content identifier and a brief description. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

3. How we respond

When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we review the report, restrict access where appropriate, remove prohibited material, act against involved accounts, preserve only evidence lawfully required, and comply with applicable reporting and preservation duties.

4. Reporting to authorities

Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority where required by applicable law. We cooperate with valid legal process and maintain procedures for safety review, enforcement, and escalation.
