1. The one-line rule
Make friendship more fun without making another person less safe, less private or less human.
2. No harassment or hate
Do not bully, threaten, shame, stalk or encourage dogpiling. Hate speech, dehumanizing content and attacks based on protected characteristics are prohibited. Repeated unwanted contact is not banter.
3. No weaponized predictions
Do not create Calls that assert or speculate about an identifiable person’s crime, health, disability, pregnancy, sexuality, intimate conduct, immigration status, finances, trauma or other highly sensitive private information. Do not turn rumors into “proof”.
4. Consent matters
Only upload media you have the right and appropriate consent to share. Do not record or post intimate, humiliating or private moments without consent. A person being present at an Event does not automatically mean every photo, video or audio clip is fair to upload.
5. Protect minors
Sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization or endangerment of anyone under 18 is prohibited. The service is for adults, but content involving minors must still be lawful, respectful and appropriately consented. Read the Age Safety Policy.
6. No dangerous or illegal conduct
Do not promote self-harm, dangerous challenges, violence, trafficking, illegal drugs, weapons misuse, fraud or other unlawful activity. Never use a Call to pressure someone into risk.
7. No impersonation or manipulation
Do not pretend to be someone else, fabricate evidence, manipulate media deceptively, remove an AI or synthetic-content label, coordinate fake votes, evade bans, spam invitations or exploit a security weakness.
8. No real-money wagering
Do not use Just As Predicted to organize bets, odds, stakes, prize pools or payouts based on a Call. Social points, streaks and Titles have no cash value.
9. Reporting and enforcement
Use Report for content or behavior and Block when you need separation. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or preserve evidence when needed for safety or law. Context, severity, repetition and credible risk all matter. The User-Generated Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy provide the complete content and conduct rules.
10. Appeals
If enforcement affects your account, follow the appeal route in the notice or contact support@cloutaura.com. Appeals do not guarantee reversal, but they receive a separate review where appropriate.
