Grievance Redressal Policy

Use this route for a formal complaint about content, an account decision, privacy, billing or the operation of the service.

1. Operator

Just As Predicted is operated by CLOUTAURA PRIVATE LIMITED, India, under the Cloutaura brand.

2. How to submit a grievance

Email greviance@cloutaura.com with the subject “Just As Predicted Grievance”. Include your name, country, account username if relevant, a concise description, the exact content or transaction identifier, the outcome you seek and supporting material that is safe to share. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full card details.

3. Acknowledgement and review

For India complaints within the applicable intermediary framework, we acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within seven days. A qualifying request to remove information covered by the applicable expedited rule is acted on as quickly as possible and resolved within 36 hours of reporting. Other requests follow the shorter period required by applicable law or a reasonable period based on complexity, with status information where lawful.

4. Urgent categories

Reports involving child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, doxxing or imminent physical danger are prioritized. Use in-app Report when available and follow the Safety & Reporting Policy. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

5. Review and escalation

If you disagree with the outcome, reply with “Request Review” and explain the specific error or new evidence. A different reviewer will assess the matter where appropriate. Users in India may also use any statutory appellate or consumer-redressal mechanism available to them.

7. Good-faith use

We protect complainant information to the extent practical but may share details as needed to investigate, comply with law or provide procedural fairness. Abusive, automated or knowingly false grievances may be restricted.
