1. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 to create or use a Just As Predicted account. Do not misstate your age, create an account for a minor or allow a minor to use your credentials.
2. Content involving minors
Adults may encounter or create ordinary family or public-event media that includes a minor. Such content must be lawful, non-sexual, non-exploitative, appropriately consented, limited to a legitimate context and free of unnecessary identifying details. Never create a Call that targets a minor’s body, sexuality, health, alleged wrongdoing or private life.
3. Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization, trafficking, extortion, predatory contact and instructions that facilitate exploitation are prohibited. We may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence and report apparent exploitation to competent authorities or child-protection organizations as permitted or required by law. Read our Child Safety Standards.
4. Age signals and verification
We may request age confirmation, restrict features or suspend an account when credible signals suggest ineligibility. Any verification should collect only what is reasonably necessary and will be handled under our Privacy Policy.
5. Report a concern
Use the in-app Report control or contact support@cloutaura.com. Do not download, forward or attach suspected exploitative material; provide the account or content identifier instead. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
