LEGAL REQUESTS

Law-Enforcement Request Policy

We respond to valid, specific legal process and resist requests that are informal, overbroad or outside lawful authority.

Effective: 21 August 2026Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Operator and request channel

Requests concerning Just As Predicted should identify CLOUTAURA PRIVATE LIMITED as the service operator and be sent to greviance@cloutaura.com with the subject “Law-Enforcement Request”. This inbox is not an emergency dispatch service.

2. Required information

  • Agency name, officer name, badge or employee number and official contact details.
  • The legal authority and jurisdiction for the request.
  • The exact account, phone, email, Call, Receipt, Group, Event or transaction identifier.
  • The specific data categories and relevant date range.
  • A signed order, warrant, summons or other valid process where required.
  • Any confidentiality or preservation requirement and its legal basis.

3. Scope and user notice

We disclose only data reasonably responsive to valid legal process and available in our systems. We may narrow, challenge or reject requests that are defective, overbroad, technically impossible or inconsistent with applicable law. We may notify the affected user unless prohibited by law or reasonably likely to create a serious safety risk.

4. Preservation

A valid preservation request should identify the account and period precisely. Preservation does not itself authorize disclosure. We retain responsive records for the period required by applicable law and may require an extension or disclosure instrument before that period ends.

5. Emergency requests

If there is a good-faith emergency involving imminent death or serious physical injury, provide the nature of the threat, why the requested data is necessary, the connection to the account and an official callback number. We assess emergency requests case by case and may contact the agency to verify them. Members of the public should call local emergency services.

6. Cross-border requests and costs

Requests from outside India may require an applicable treaty, letters rogatory, local process or another lawful mechanism. We may seek reimbursement of reasonable costs where law permits, without charging for genuine emergency review.
