1. Merchant and billing channel
Mobile subscriptions and Event purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store controls payment authorization, payment methods, currency conversion, receipts and certain refund decisions. We do not receive your full payment-card number from the store.
2. Checkout disclosure
The Apple or Google checkout displays the applicable product, billing period, currency and amount before you confirm a purchase. The website does not publish a price schedule.
3. Taxes
GST, VAT, sales tax or similar charges are included or added as shown at checkout. The store checkout is the authoritative purchase disclosure.
4. Event purchases
Event Standard and Event Premium are one-off digital purchases. A pack provides the stated number of Event uses. One use is consumed when an eligible Event is activated, and the host purchase unlocks the applicable experience for participants in that Event. Credits have no cash value, cannot be wagered and cannot be transferred or resold unless an in-app feature expressly allows it.
5. Payment failures and fraud
If a charge fails, is reversed or is reported as unauthorized, the store or our entitlement provider may suspend the associated access while the matter is resolved. We may restrict purchases linked to abuse, chargebacks, stolen payment methods or attempts to manipulate regional purchase terms.
6. Receipts and invoices
The store normally issues the transaction receipt or tax invoice. Where applicable law requires a separate document from us, contact support@cloutaura.com with the store order reference; never send a full card number or one-time code.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law. Cancellation and refund routes are explained in Refunds & Cancellation.
