1. Promotion-specific rules control
Each official giveaway, contest or promotion will identify the sponsor, eligibility, territory, start and end time, entry method, judging or draw method, prize, restrictions, notification process and any legally required disclosures. Those specific rules control if they conflict with this general framework.
2. Eligibility
Unless the specific rules say otherwise, entrants must be at least 18, legally present in an eligible territory and able to accept the prize. Employees, contractors and immediate household members of the sponsor may be excluded. A promotion is void where prohibited.
3. No purchase necessary
A purchase will not improve the chance of winning a random promotion. If a skill-based contest requires use of a product feature, the specific rules will provide any alternative access required by law. Calls, votes or Event credits must never be used for unauthorized money wagering.
4. Fair participation
Automated entries, multiple-account abuse, collusion, vote manipulation, impersonation, false eligibility information and interference with a promotion are prohibited. We may verify eligibility, disqualify entries or cancel a compromised promotion, subject to applicable law.
5. Entries, publicity and privacy
You retain ownership of an original entry and grant the licence stated in the specific rules to administer and publicize the promotion. Any use of a winner’s name, image or content will follow the published rules and applicable consent requirements. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
6. Prizes and tax
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless the specific rules say otherwise. Winners are responsible for taxes or reporting obligations legally assigned to them. The sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when reasonably necessary and lawful.
7. Platform disclaimer and contact
