1. When this policy applies

This policy applies whenever Just As Predicted, a creator, a host or another user receives money, free products, access, commission, travel, equity or another material benefit connected to content or promotion on the service.

2. Clear disclosure

Commercial content must use the disclosure tools we provide and a clear label such as “Ad”, “Sponsored” or “Paid partnership” where the benefit could affect how a reasonable person interprets the content. The label must be prominent, understandable and visible before engagement; a vague tag, buried profile note or private agreement is not enough.

3. Honest claims

Sponsored content must reflect genuine experience and must not contain deceptive claims, fabricated outcomes, hidden conditions or endorsements the creator is not qualified to make. Higher-risk areas such as health, finance, alcohol, political advertising, gambling or products restricted by age or region may be prohibited or require additional review.

4. Platform advertising principles

Any advertising we introduce will be distinguished from ordinary user content. We do not sell private Group content or use it to build third-party advertising audiences. Availability, targeting and measurement may vary by region and will follow applicable consent and transparency requirements.

5. Enforcement

We may add a label, limit distribution, remove content, suspend commercial tools or end access for undisclosed or unlawful advertising. Report a misleading commercial relationship through the in-app controls or to support@cloutaura.com.
