1. Relationship to the main Terms
The Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and these Creator Terms apply together. Creator features are not available in every region or account, and access can be limited or withdrawn.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account and tax information where requested, and have authority to act for any organization you represent. Verification does not amount to endorsement by Just As Predicted.
3. Public Challenges and content
A public Challenge can reach people outside your private Groups. You are responsible for the topic, rules, evidence, moderation context and rights in all media you provide. Do not target private individuals with sensitive allegations, encourage harassment, manipulate participation or imply that a prediction is verified fact.
4. Sponsorships
Disclose every material commercial relationship as required by our Sponsorship & Advertising Disclosure and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims and for obtaining any brand, music, image or personality rights needed.
5. Metrics, monetization and tax
Views, completion rates, rankings and other metrics may be estimated, filtered for fraud or corrected. No metric guarantees reach or income. If a monetization program is introduced, its offer will state eligibility, calculation, payout threshold, fees, tax documentation and termination terms. You are responsible for taxes legally due on amounts paid to you.
6. Enforcement and discontinuation
We may limit creator tools, withhold disputed amounts where legally permitted, remove public content or terminate participation for abuse, fraud, rights violations or risk to users. We may change or discontinue a creator program with reasonable notice where appropriate.
