1. Follow the law and respect rights
Do not use the service to violate law, another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, contractual duties or platform rules. Do not solicit, facilitate or celebrate criminal conduct.
2. No harm, exploitation or abuse
Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, doxxing, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, grooming, fraud, impersonation and credible encouragement of self-harm or dangerous conduct are prohibited. Additional content rules appear in our Community Guidelines.
3. No wagering or financial schemes
Do not organize bets, odds, stakes, prize pools or payouts around Calls or Events. Do not use the service for money laundering, pyramid schemes, investment manipulation or deceptive fundraising. Points, streaks, badges and Titles have no monetary value.
4. No technical misuse
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt or bypass security, rate limits or access controls.
- Do not scrape, harvest or export data at scale without written permission.
- Do not introduce malware, malicious code or automated traffic that degrades the service.
- Do not reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not create accounts to evade restrictions, impersonate others or manipulate votes.
5. No unauthorized commercial use
Do not sell access, spam invitations, run undisclosed advertising, misuse another creator’s identity or use private Group information for profiling or solicitation. Approved creators and sponsors must also follow the Creator Terms and Sponsorship Disclosure.
6. Enforcement
Depending on context and severity, we may warn, remove content, limit distribution or features, revoke Event credits obtained through abuse, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or refer matters to the appropriate authorities. Attempts to evade action may lead to further restrictions.
7. Report misuse
Use the in-app Report control when available, or contact support@cloutaura.com. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
